It should take responsibility where outcomes are predictable and assist where human judgment is essential.

End-to-end process handling requires continuity and context over time. AI must understand why work started, what has already happened, and what success looks like. That is how AI moves beyond assistance and fragmented automation, towards true collaboration and real operational impact.
